BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA WASN’T A THING YET…

The Boy Scouts of America, which I am pleased to say I was one as a youngster, came to America in 1910, 4 years after ShambleJam takes place… therefore, it’s understandable why Wally and Fife were not prepared!!!
