BOOKS CHANGE THE WORLD – ONE READER AT ATIME

I fell in love with books in the second grade. I read “Old Yeller,” and was shocked to find that letters on a page could bring tears to my eyes. My guess is that Walt Disney himself teared up when he read the same book… and he made a wonderful movie based on it. I cannot imagine not having a book to read.
